From February 23rd to 27th:
The first part of the retreat takes place in the stunning island of Bohol, people go there for the white beaches and beautiful nature with its diverse wildlife, the world class diving, waterfalls and the incredible history along with its colonial Spanish churches. But this description is only scratching the surface.
On the 27th we will take a short domestic flight, from Cebu to El Nido, our next destination in Palawan Island. El Nido is a magical place. From its ageless towering marble cliffs to its white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, many refer to it as paradise. There are over 50 beaches to discover, so many in fact that sometimes you feel as if you are on your own secluded private beach. You will also find enchanting lagoons with tranquil turquoise-green water, caves that can take you to hidden beaches, and a very diverse variety of wildlife.
The Yoga Classes & SUP Yoga
The retreat spaces have both fully equipped yoga shalas with everything you need to practice.
Ideally located and with inspiring views to the jungle and the ocean, all around and you will be serenaded to the sound of birds singing.
Amanda will be leading 2 daily wonderful classes, vinyasa inspired and suitable for all levels. From beginners to advanced students.
The SUP yoga will be also catered for all levels and will take place in the middle of the nature, surrounded by the jungle, palm trees and waterfalls.
We will be staying in two different locations, our hotel in Bohol is nestled in a natural and open setting next to the Loboc River, where you can experience the true Filipino tradition of the native-style ‘bahay kubo’ right in the heart of Bohol.
In Palawan, we will be staying in El Nido area, located in Caalan Beach, in a boutique resort by the beach with stunning views of Cadlao Island and Bacuit Bay and with all the amenities that you can expect from a high-end accommodation.
