SUP Yoga Class

Practicing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard is a match made in heaven!   Improve your balance and strength as you continually engage your body to the dynamic movements on the SUP.   Feel much better connected and awaken your senses to the sights and sounds of the natural world in complete tranquility.  Experience bliss as you practice gentle and beginner-friendly yoga in the river, at the heart of nature.  Don’t miss this very special kind of yoga practice that you won’t find much anywhere else.  Om, shanti.   • Enclosed Flat Water (River SUP)

Class Program:

  • ASI Basic Flat Water SUP Lesson
  • 1 hour SUP Yoga session

  • SUP Yoga Instructor
  • Use of quality Starboard SUP Yoga boards and paddles.
  • Fresh coconut juice after the class.

What To Bring:

  • Swimming gear
  • Reef-friendly, high spectrum sunscreen
  • After-sun cream
  • Small camera

We will serve you traditional and special Filipino dishes so you can explore the local taste of the Philippines from our restaurant, Food & Fables. Our lunch is fresh, clean, healthy and cooked with a lot of Filipino heart and hospitality.  If there is a particular dietary requirement that we should cater to, let us know and we can arrange it for you.
