Terms and Conditions for Premium SUP Holidays
It is very important to read and understand our terms and conditions.
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos.
- We accept payments thru bank transfers and credit cards through Paypal.
- Bank charges for remittance and Paypal service charge is in the account of the participants.
- 25% downpayment is required for the confirmation of your booking.
- The downpayment is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We will only accept participants until 90 days before the trip schedule.
- Full payment must be done until 90 days before the trip schedule.
- Cancellation made before 45 days of your trip schedule is 50% refundable of the full price.
- Cancellation made in less than 45 days of your trip schedule is strictly non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to change the price on the tour package without notice should fluctuations occur in boat, air, land, fuelcosts or currency rates. However, we will honor the price stated in your invoice once you have paid the tour package in full.
- Every participant is strongly advised to obtain a travel insurance.
- Every passenger, adult and child, complete names as written on passport and birthdates are required for your flight tickets. Re-booking or change of name in flight tickets will create an extra charge so please be sure to give the exact details (name and birthday) of the passengers upon booking. The re-booking/change fees obtained from these errors will not be shouldered by SUP Tours Philippines.
- Not included in the price are airport taxes, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage charges (Philippine local flights have a maximum 20-kilo baggage allowance and excess baggage are charged at Php 130 per kilo), extra meals not stated on the itinerary, laundry, medical expenses,optional activities or trips and personal expenses.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake your SUP tours. Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations (ex. vaccines) for travel to the region you are visiting and/or for any pre-existing health conditons. SUP Tours Philippines will not be held liable for any medical expenses or related costs for injury, hospitalization and in case of death during your trip.
- We require that you are able to swim or comfortable wearing a personal floatation device (PFD.)
- Children 7 years old and below are not allowed to have their own SUP board and paddle for their own safety. However, they have a corresponding minimum rate for joining the tour that is available from us upon your request.
- It is your responsibility to carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when traveling to the Philippines with SUP Tours Philippines. Please ensure your passports are still valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your date of arrival in the Philippines.
- Extension of stay at a resort may be possible but it is not included in the package price and the expense will not be shouldered by SUP Tours Philippines. Should you wish to extend your stay, kindly notify us so we can assist you and make proper arrangements with the resort and transfers.
- The information you will give is highly confidential and private only to us. We assure the safety of your personal information. No other parties can gain access or benefit from your personal information.
