Terms and Conditions for Local SUP Packages

  • All prices are in Philippine Pesos.
  • We will only process bookings once you have filled up the booking form.
  • Child rate applies for a minimum companion of 2 adults.  Regular rate will apply otherwise. Extra bed will be provided if necessary.
  • We accept payments thru Paypal or by a bank transfer. The sending or transfer charges must be handled by the sender.
  • We require 25% downpayment for the confirmation of booking within 3 days upon submission of your booking form. (non-refundable)
  • Deadline for full payment is 30 days before your tour schedule.
  • Failure to pay in full before the deadline will automatically cancel your booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation made 15 days before your tour package date is 50% refundable of the full price.
  • Cancellation made in less than 15 days before your tour schedule is strictly non-refundable.
  • You and your companion/s are comfortable at swimming or while wearing a life vest.
  • Children 7 years old and below are not allowed to have their own SUP board and paddle for their own safety.
  • We strongly recommend that have your own travel insurance to cover any unfortunate incident that may occur during your stay.
  • SUP Tours Philippines will not be held liable for any medical expenses or related costs in case of death, loss, damage or accident during your stay.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake the SUP or MTB tour. Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations and/or for any pre-existing health concerns before you travel with SUP Tours Philippines.
